On this occasion, I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the CBN service. Last January 2020 CBN broke my inbox just because I was late in paying IDR 15,000 before January 25, 2020. CBN in its notification said that the payment was not later than January 25, 2020, but in December 2019 had broken my inbox so I lost the opportunity and business information. I made contact with customer service on 21 January 2020 to be immediately recovered by making a payment of Rp 50,000 but it was not taken seriously and the recovery was only made on February 1, 2020.
Please be careful with CBN service. This happened the second time by distracting the inbox system after a couple of years ago, CBN did make broken my inbox with its justification “on behalf of system”.
